Peace is an eternal instance of human being. It is something that everyone wants in their life. “The art of internal tranquility with the substance of calmness is Peace – Dr (Prof). Avadhesh Yadav. “
Today’s world is facing peace thanks to Social Media. Another reason for no peace is what people desire are not able to get or in less quantity. This makes people more agitated and disturbed. Young people get disturbed from old people about their ‘self-image’. It creates a serious issue and tension to the young generation i.e. generation z. Impatience is a big reason among the people not able to achieve peace in life. Now no one has patience from child to old. They prefer things that should happen on an immediate basis but that is not possible.
Many times people have their own perception that also creates disturbance in their life. There is beautiful Verse in Shrimad Bhagwad Gita in Chapter 02 , Sloka no 66-
नास्ति बुद्धिरयुक्तस्य न चायुक्तस्य भावना |
न चाभावयत: शान्तिरशान्तस्य कुत: सुखम् || 66||
Meaning: One who is not connected with the Supreme can have neither transcendental intelligence nor a steady mind, without which there is no possibility of peace. And how can there be any happiness without peace?
Peace is something that we want to achieve, feel. In many cases we can’t because we don’t know the ultimate goal of life. Here in the above verse Lord Shri Krishna is guiding us about to attain you with Him/ Almighty God. A person should dedicate all his work to the Lord. Now use your caliber and knowledge for the betterment with a positive attitude. Finally there will be a steady mind within which will start working. This will help to achieve the highest or peak of devotion. When a person will feel – see his Almighty in all at all places then peace will come which finally leads to happiness.
As rightly said in Shrimad Bhagwad Gita – Chapter 04
श्रद्धावान्ल्लभते ज्ञानं तत्पर: संयतेन्द्रिय:।
ज्ञानं लब्ध्वा परां शान्तिमचिरेणाधिगच्छति॥
Meaning: Those whose faith is deep and who have practiced controlling their mind and senses attain divine knowledge. Through such transcendental knowledge, they quickly attain everlasting supreme peace.
By integrating of Shrimad Bhagwat Geeta’s principles of selfless action (Karma Yoga), devotion (Bhakti Yoga), and wisdom (Jnana Yoga), individuals can navigate life's challenges with resilience and grace, fostering personal growth and contributing to a more harmonious society.
In conclusion we can say one must have full Faith to the Lord Shri Krishna, it leads to control of all activities and mind of an individual. The serene soul of an individual will achieve the calmness that is the desire of every human being.
